Frequently asked questions

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we welcome new patients of all ages. New-patient visits start with an unhurried conversation about your goals and any concerns, then a thorough exam. You can book online or call us and a real person will help you find a time.
Do you take my insurance?
Yes, if yours is a PPO plan. We accept and process most PPO dental insurance plans. We're out of network, which simply means we aren't contracted with any insurer, so Dr. Camenzuli's recommendations come from your clinical situation rather than from what a plan will cover. Your benefits still apply, and we'll show you exactly how they work against your treatment before anything begins.
What if I don't have insurance?
You're in good company. Many of our patients pay out of pocket by choice, and staying independent of the networks is how we keep decisions between you and Dr. Camenzuli. Ask us about our in-house membership plan and Cherry financing, and we'll walk through the numbers with you before anything begins.
What happens at my first visit?
You'll meet your dentist, talk through your goals, and get a thorough exam with digital imaging so you can see exactly what we see. We finish with a clear, written plan of what's recommended, what's optional, and what it costs. Nothing is started without your okay.

I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Yes. We offer full sedation options on-site, from nitrous to IV sedation. Dr. Camenzuli is specifically licensed to provide IV sedation, so even complex or long-postponed treatment can be completed comfortably in as few visits as possible. We'll explain every step and go at a pace that works for you.
How does payment and financing work?
We accept cash and all major credit cards, and offer Cherry financing for larger treatment plans so you can move forward on a schedule that fits your budget. We also accept and process most PPO dental insurance plans. We aren't contracted with any network, but your benefits still apply, and we'll go over exactly how they work against your treatment before anything begins.
How often should I come in?
For most people, a cleaning and exam every six months keeps small problems from becoming big ones. If you're managing gum health or other concerns, we may suggest a schedule tailored to you. We'll never recommend more than you actually need.
